Formål
Lær hvordan du kan styrke din organisations resiliens og handlekraft i en kompleks og uforudsigelig verden. Gennem kurset arbejder du med konkrete organisatoriske og strategiske redskaber til at identificere sårbarheder, udvikle interne kompetencer og opbygge robuste strukturer, samarbejder og beslutningsprocesser. Du får indsigt i, hvordan organisatorisk kapacitet og ressourcer kan understøtte både kortsigtet handlefrihed og langsigtet værdiskabelse – og hvordan resiliens kan integreres som en central del af organisationens praksis og strategi.
