"We talk a lot about the new generations... But we often forget to talk to them in the workplace."

Every third young person struggles to find purpose in their job. They present new demands to their workplaces and generally have different attitudes towards hierarchy, work life balance, structures and processes.

So what does this mean for managers? How do you foster great leadership for a generation that seeks purpose and value in their working life? What will the leadership role be, and how can companies and managers in general adapt to the new requirements?

In collaboration with CBS Leadership Centre, this CBS Executive Education event focused on leading new generations in the workplace.

With a strong panel of CBS researchers and practitioners from SOUNDBOKS and Lundbeck, who have experience in leading the new generations in both start-ups and corporates, topics involved generational differences, vulnerability, management strategies and personal experiences from different generations.
