Open­ing hours

The lib­rary at Sol­b­jerg Plads is open to every­one, sev­en days a week. Even­ings are re­served for CBS stu­dents and em­ploy­ees.

Clos­ing days and spe­cial open­ing hours

We are open most of the year, but there are a few clos­ing days. Dur­ing some peri­ods, staff­ing is lim­ited.

Clos­ing days

The building is closed.

24 December – 26 December: all entrances are closed
31 December – 1 January: all entrances are closed

Lim­ited staff­ing

July and August: information specialists available Monday–Friday 9:00–15:00

Public holidays: information specialists on duty

Saturdays in 2026 without staff assistance: all Saturdays in January, July and August, as well as 4 April.

Lim­ited ac­cess to study seats 26-31 Janu­ary

We are oiling the floors on the ground floor next week. This will affect access to the study seats.

  • 26–28 January: No access to study seats on the ground floor and night entrance closed
  • 27–29 January: Staircase between floors closed (use the back staircase or elevator)
  • 29–31 January: Main entrance closed (side door is open)

If you are unsure how to get around during the maintenance, ask a member of staff for help.
