Verifying your degree to a third party

The way you can verify your degree from CBS to a third party depends on when you graduated:

Did you graduate on or after 12 May 2025?

If you completed your degree on or after 12 May 2025, your diploma is issued digitally on diplomasafe.com

Your diploma includes a QR code that a third party can scan to confirm that your degree was issued by CBS.

Please note that CBS does not send documentation directly to third parties.

Did you graduate on or before 11 May 2025?

You can request a verified grade transcript or a certified copy of your diploma, which you can then forward to a third party.

Before contacting CBS, please ask the third party which type of documentation they accept. You can find more information above on how to request a verified grade transcript or a certified copy of your diploma.

Alternatively, the third party can request a verification of your degree and graduation date by sending an email to verification@cbs.dk.

Please note that CBS does not send documentation directly to third parties due to GDPR and security considerations.
