How do we create connectivity and well-being in our workplaces?

Danes are switching jobs like never before. The reasons vary, including dissatisfaction with company leadership, new opportunities for growth or changes in career path. Essentially, we are heading in the direction of long-term employment and 25-year work anniversaries being rarities.

This shift creates a new landscape for companies and organisations, which need to be mindful of how they adapt. It is no longer enough to focus solely on attracting talent - creating workplaces and cultures that promote engagement and well-being is just as crucial.

At an event organised by CBS Executive Education, keynote speaker Maria Krysfeldt Rasmussen and a panel featuring Naima Yasin, Julie Hollegaard and Martin Ove Rasmussen explored engagement and well-being, discussing topics such as psychological safety and the importance of autonomy and flexibility in the workplace.
