About the course
Formål
For at blive ved med at have en bæredygtig og profitabel virksomhed, kræver det redskaber og indsigter til at kunne analysere og påpege udfordringer ved eksisterende såvel som nye forretningsmodeller. Kurset giver dig en gennemgribende forståelse af forretningsudvikling, så du kan være kritisk og stille de rigtige spørgsmål, så din virksomhed bliver ved med at udvikle sig og præstere.
Dit udbytte
- Være i stand til at sammenligne, kombinere og tilpasse forskellige værktøjer og teorier fra kurset.
- Være i stand til at bruge tilpassede værktøjer og teorier til analyse af konkrete forretnings-udviklingscases og at komme med ledelsesmæssige konklusioner på basis af analysen.
- Være i stand til at argumentere for, hvorfor den konklusion er relevant for den specifikke organisation i dens specifikke situation.
Beskrivelse
Forretningsudvikling som organisatorisk praksis stiller spørgsmålet: ”Hvordan udvikler vi vores forretninger”. Det indebærer en systematisk håndtering af vækstmuligheder, der nødvendiggør forandringer i forretningsmodellen og/eller i strategien. For at give et solidt overblik over forretningsudvikling behandles de to aspekter i kombination, men hovedfokus vil være på forandringer i forretningsmodellen samt de dertilhørende strategiske problematikker og implikationer.
Kurset giver desuden indsigt i implementeringen af innovationer i forretningsmodellen med henblik på strategiudvikling – heriblandt hvordan strategi bliver realiseret gennem et samspil mellem intenderede planer og pludseligt opståede begivenheder.
OBS: Dette er den danske version af kurset 'Business Development'.
