How to apply for student residences

How to fill out the application
The allocation process happens automatically, so there's no advantage in applying on the first day.
NO documentation is required to apply for housing.
To make a valid application it is important that you go through the following steps:
- You must list of ALL of the dorms in order of priority.
These are the dorms: Kathrine Kollegiet, Kongens Tværvej, Nimbus Park, Porcelænshaven, Svanevej, Tietgen Kollegiet, Basecamp and Sølvgade Kollegium. - If you list a dorm more than once or list only one dorm, your application will be rejected.
- You must choose a single or shared room.
- You must choose a small, medium or large room.
Room type apply to all dorms on your list
The room type will apply to all dorms on your list. It is not possible to choose a particular room or multiple rooms or different types of rooms at different dorms.
Three- and two-week courses
The minimum rental period is one month. It is not possible to rent a dorm room for two or three weeks only.
Sharing
If you wish to share a room with a specific person, both of you must write to housing.intoff@cbs.dk within the specified deadline. You must also give your dorm preferences. The shared rooms are at Kathrine Kollegiet and Svanevej Residence only.
Single rooms cannot be requested in advance.
Disabilities
If you have a specific, medically confirmed disability which has special requirements regarding room allocation, please send an email to housing.intoff@cbs.dk together with your medical certificate. We will do what we can to help, if it is within our power.
