HR International Support is a part of HR at CBS. We work exclusively with recruitment, retention, immigration, relocation and integration of international faculty members at CBS and their families. We work primarily as consultants for our researchers and their management, but also offer personal consultancy for international faculty members on the following matters:

• Contractual conditions
• Work and residence permits
• Danish ID, taxation and social security
• Relocation and staff mobility
• Spouse / partner support
• Language courses
• Cultural / societal challenges

All new international faculty members are offered a meeting with an International HR Consultant to discuss the most important aspects of their employment.

Introduction to CBS

HR International Support organises an introduction meeting to CBS for all new employees, or employees who wishes to learn more about CBS and living in Denmark. This introduction to CBS usually happens twice a year during spring and fall. 

During the introduction there are a number of presentations, each dealing with an aspect of being a faculty member and/or international employee at CBS.
