Research Support

CBS Research Support Office (CBS RSO)

CBS RSO is part of the Dean's Office of Research. The team supports the Dean of Research and advises the Head of Departments on opportunities for external funding and strategy for an increased take home of grant and offer support to researchers who apply for external research funding in close collaboration with the department's funding coordinators.

CBS RSO hosts workshops on external funding and provides individually advice and administrative support on externally funded research projects.

CBS RSO offers the Researchers to

• Identify relevant funding opportunities
• Develop project ideas and prepare the proposal process with the donors - from concept to completion of research proposal
• Prepare budgets for proposals
• Help finding partners for new research partnerships and networks
• Assist with contract negotiations (in close collaboration with Legal)
• Attend start-up meetings of projects with the CBS post-award support team (EFP)
