The CBS Board of Directors

CBS' supreme body is the CBS Board of Directors, which consists of 11 members. Six external members (appointed for a four-year period), two academically qualified faculty members (elected for a four-year period), one administrative officer (elected for a four-year period), two students (elected for a two-year period). Additional information about the Board is only available in Danish.

Chairman – Torben Möger Pedersen

Chairman of the CBS Board of Directors, cand.polit. and adjunct professor at CBS.

Responsible for a number of board positions and positions of trust, among other things:

  • Chairman of the boards of the CIP Foundation, the Danish Foreign Policy Society, the Danish Society for Education and Business (DSEB), Hedorf's Foundation and Gefion Gymnasium.
  • Board member at Energi Danmark and United Nations' Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
  • Ambassador of the new Danish Museum of Science and Technology.
  • Chairman of the CBS recommendation committee.

Member of the Board since 1 July 2019. Chairman of the Board since 1 July 2019. Term expires 30 June 2027.
