CBS HR covers everything from management consultancy, employment law, management and organisational development and staff administration. CBS HR is organised in the International Support, the consultancy team, the law team, HR Development and Time HR.

We assist managers and CBS Senior Management, a number of committees and subcommittees, e.g. our General Consultation Committee (HSU). We also work closely with union representatives and work environment representatives. In addition, we hold introduction courses for new employees and administer funding from Den Statslige Kompetencefond (state-sector competence development) to employees across the organisation.
