CBS has a new strategy. Following a year of intense strategy work the CBS Board of Directors has now approved a new framework and direction for CBS focusing on making positive change through collaboration with a wide range of external stakeholders, including the Danish business community.
As part of CBS’ efforts to promote gender diversity at all organisational levels, we publish annual statistics of the gender distribution among students, researchers and administrative staff. We place a special focus on the gender imbalance at the top of the academic hierarchy and in management positions. The statistics have been published since 2016.
