Book Details:

The book examines relations between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean (EU-LAC), focussing on the role of business in unleashing the potential of EU-LAC Strategic Partnerships. It offers nuanced and comprehensive discussion of the strategic potential of, and challenges to, EU-LAC business relations, and thus goes beyond the issues commonly addressed at international level among EU-LAC Heads of State and Government. It will be essential reading for practitioners and students working towards developing strong and sophisticated forms of cooperation, sustainable development and social cohesion in the EU-LAC region. Individual chapters examine organisational systems, policies, practices, methods, topics and legal frameworks affecting EU-LAC Strategic Partnerships and collaboration.
