Kurset giver dig en ny forståelse for, hvordan målsætninger både kan øge og hæmme motivation, og hvordan det samme gør sig gældende for belønningssystemer, hvis der ikke er sammenhæng med virksomhedens overordnede strategi og kultur.
Du opnår kompetencer til at opstille motiverende målsætninger for det team, du har ansvar for, og til at udvikle præstationsbaserede belønningssystemer, der motiverer, inspirerer og understøtter samarbejde.
Kurset kvalificerer dig til en videre karriere som leder, projektleder eller HR‑medarbejder.

Kurset vil især have fokus på:
- Personbedømmelse
– hvordan vurdering af individers kompetencer, præstation og potentiale kan anvendes i ledelse og HR - Motivationsteorier
– centrale teorier om, hvad der motiverer mennesker, og hvordan motivation påvirker adfærd og præstation - Opsætning af mål og præstationsledelse
– hvordan mål formuleres, anvendes og følges op på for at understøtte motivation og resultater - Belønningssystemer
– forskellige former for belønning og deres betydning for motivation, samarbejde og performance - Analyse af målsætningers betydning for adfærd
– hvordan mål og incitamenter påvirker medarbejderes handlinger og beslutninger i praksis
