About the course
Hjælp andre til at hjælpe sig selv
Den gode coach hjælper andre med at erkende deres styrker og udviklingsområder og støtter dem i at nå deres mål. Det betyder, at du i højere grad fungerer som samtalepartner end som leder og hjælper gennem dialog frem for blot at tilbyde færdige løsninger.
På kurset får du indsigt i rollen som coach, så du opnår et klart billede af, hvad du kan tilbyde, og hvordan du kan hjælpe både personer og organisationer med at skabe resultater. Du lærer at skelne mellem, hvornår du skal rådgive, og hvornår en coachingbaseret ledelsesstil er det rette valg.
Kurset kvalificerer dig samtidig til en række roller, herunder projektleder, HR-chef, rådgiver, coach samt specialist i intern kommunikation m.m.
