Styrk dit lederskab med fokus på mennesker og organisation
Kurset giver dig en solid grundlæggende viden om de dynamikker og forhold, der er centrale, når du leder eller på anden måde arbejder med mennesker og kultur i en organisation.
Undervisningen tager udgangspunkt i både klassisk og nyere forskning, og gennem en praksisnær tilgang bliver du klædt på som reflekterende praktiker inden for området. Kurset henvender sig til dig, der er engageret i ledelse og ønsker en dybere forståelse for organisatoriske dynamikker.
Kurset åbner desuden op for karrieremuligheder som for eksempel leder, organisationskonsulent samt inden for forskellige funktioner i HR.
