Formål
Medledelse er en organisationsform, der vinder frem i private virksomheder til at skabe effektive beslutningsprocesser og en dynamisk organisering. Faget bidrager til, at du som leder vil få forståelse for og praktisk kendskab til, hvordan du kan skabe en mere medledende organisering.
Dit udbytte
- Viden om den nyeste internationale forskning om mindre hierarkiske organiseringsformer.
- Indblik i nye ledelseskoncepter til at udvikle mindre hierarkiske organisationer herunder sociokrati, medledelse, teal mm.
- Grundlæggende forståelse af centrale processer og strukturer til at opbygge mindre hierarkiske og mere medledende hybride organisationer, der under faget afprøves og anvendes i egen praksis.
- Empirisk inspiration fra aktuelle problemstillinger i offentlige danske organisationer, der arbejder med selvorganisering og medledelse.
- Konkrete metoder til medledende møder, beslutningsprocesser og rollefunktioner, der afprøves i egen praksis.
- Evnen til at trække på forskellige koncepter og metoder for at skabe den bedste lokale løsning.
- Nuancer og kritiske refleksioner, der vil hjælpe dit lederskab på vej mod målet om en mindre hierarkisk organisationsform.
Beskrivelse
I de seneste år har vi set en stor interesse for medledelse, selvorganisering eller sågar selvledende organisationer. Nye ledelseskoncepter er udviklet, og både private og offentlige organisationer er inspireret af ideerne. Nogle går hele vejen og organiserer sig uden ledere, andre fastholder dele af det hierarkiske organisationsprincip, men omlægger procedurer og arbejdsgange inspireret af ideen om øget selvorganisering og beslutningsmandat til medarbejderne.
På dette fag tager vi fat i de aktuelle tendenser, og forholder os til, hvordan de kan sættes i spil i en privat organisation, der skal sikre en sund forretning. Vi belyser, hvilke dilemmer der kan opstå, samt hvilke muligheder det skaber, når private organisationer bliver mere selvorganiserende. Vi arbejder med at afprøve og eksperimentere med medledende organiseringsformer, ud fra aktuelle problemstillinger du som leder står med. Du vil derfor blive introduceret til forskellige greb og metoder til at decentralisere ansvar og frisætte beslutningsmandat i egen organisation. Det hele drøftes undervejs i faget, hvor du arbejder på et konkret eksperiment, der danner udgangspunktet for din eksamensopgave og kobler undervisningstemaerne til din egen ledelsespraksis.
Der vil både være oplæg fra forskere, ledere på forskellige niveauer og fra forskellige sektorer, da faget udbydes til både offentlige og offentlige ledere. Du vil bl.a. møde Casper Kirketerp-Møller, tidligere administrerende direktør i Clever, og Rasmus Kjeldahl, Direktør i Børns Vilkår. De fem undervisningsdage fokuserer på fem forskellige temaer, der kobler sig til og holdes sammen af dit arbejde med det selvvalgte eksperiment.

- Teori om teams med fokus på psykologisk tryghed, samarbejdsrelationer og konflikter.
- Teori om mindre hierarkiske organiseringsformer (selvledende organisationer, selvorganiserende teams, sociokrati, medledelse mm.)
