About the course
Formål
Forandringer er blevet et grundvilkår for moderne ledelse. Ledere skal i dag navigere i et landskab præget af geopolitisk usikkerhed, teknologiske gennembrud, organisatoriske omstillinger og hverdagsnære ændringer i samarbejde og relationer. Styrk din evne til at skabe mening, retning og handlekraft i en kompleks virkelighed. Med afsæt i organisationsteoretiske og -psykologiske perspektiver kombineres korte faglige oplæg med praksisnære øvelser og konkrete ledelsesdilemmaer, så du arbejder direkte med dine egne udfordringer som leder. Forløbet er tilrettelagt i fem endagsmoduler, der giver plads til refleksion, afprøvning i praksis og fordybelse mellem undervisningsdagene.
