The flow of new developments in AI tools to optimise our daily duties and inform strategies are constant – from AI-powered language models to deep learning software that fuels business efficiency and intelligence.
Developing an AI-agile mindset means taking an agile approach to these AI developments. This exercise of course presents itself with some mindset changes, management challenges and questions of encouraging and engaging teams.
During his presentation, CBS Associate Professor Abayomi Baiyere shared three key points to developing an agile approach:

- Strive for attentional resonance to gain traction
- Make a future-ready mindset the goal, not AI transformation

Meet the speakers
Abayomi Baiyere
Abayomi Baiyere is an Associate Professor at the Digitalisation Department of Copenhagen Business School, a Research Affiliate at MIT Sloan Center for Information Systems Research, and a visiting scholar at the University of Turku. His research interest sits at the intersection of digital transformation, digital disruption, and the societal impact of digitalisation. His research mostly takes a design science, ethnographic, and mixed methods orientation, among other approaches. Abayomi also teaches the course Digital Business at CBS HD1.
Ian Rosenfeldt
Ian Rosenfeldt is one of the Co-founders, COO and AI & Digital Growth Strategist at InboundCPH. InboundCPH is a digital marketing agency, assisting companies in building and nurturing relationships with their target audience. With solid management experience, Ian is responsible for the company's direction, strategy and business development. Since 1999, Ian has dealt with online marketing both operationally and on a strategic level in large and medium-sized national and international companies.
Sanne Thougaard
Sanne is the former Director of Digital Innovation at the global pharmaceutical company Lundbeck. The company is at the forefront of neuroscience research and is dedicated to restoring brain health. Sanne has a background in consultancy, advising companies on utilising technology to identify hidden opportunities. Furthermore, she's a mentor at IT-Branchen and part of the jury at the Danish Digital Award. Sanne joined Lundbeck in 2018, where her daily work revolved around goal-setting, team motivation and project facilitation.
