About the course
Hvordan man driver forsyningskæden
På kurset får du et solidt indblik i, hvordan du kan integrere moderne informations- og kommunikationsteknologier i de centrale processer i supply chain management. Vi vil blandt andet arbejde med betydningen af nye digitale og disruptive teknologier, der kræver nytænkning af forsyningskæder og et nyt syn på de enkelte aktørers roller inden for nye forsyningsnetværk og økosystemer.
Du får også opdateret viden og værktøjer til at identificere, analysere og designe forretningsmodeller baseret på digitale teknologier. Et godt eksempel på en digital teknologi, der kan transformere forsyningskæder, er blockchain, der kan registrere transaktioner på tværs af mange computere på en sikker og transparent måde.
