CBS Executive Education

Hear from CBS Professor Jan Damsgaard, and Microsoft Denmark & Iceland CEO Mette Kaagaard about AI in the workplace - from how individual employees can implement it in their everyday tasks to how far Danish companies are in the implementation process.

AI is no longer a choice, but a condition

There's no denying it: AI will be a part of your work life. So how can you make it benefit you, your career and your company?

For this CBS Executive Education event, lifelong learners visited CBS' campus to learn more about how AI will influence their professional lives and how to use it to their advantage. To enlighten them on these topics, three speakers from both the research and business world shared their knowledge.

Copenhagen Business School Professor Jan Damsgaard spoke on assessing AI's contribution (and limits) to your career, exemplifying it as a new colleague that you help gain the competencies to excel.

From FTFa, Kasper Højvang Kyed presented a case on Jobmakker.dk, an AI that can help users draft a written application based on their CV and the job opening. Not only has Jobmakker.dk been a successful endeavour for the unemployment insurance fund, but it's also had positive benefits for the organisation and employees.

Lastly, Mette Louise Kaagaard, the CEO of Microsoft Denmark & Iceland, spoke on Microsoft's new CoPilot function: from how she uses it on a daily basis to the adaptability and usefulness of it for anyone in their work life.

The talks were followed by a Q&A session, where the audience asked questions on topics ranging from data security to AI implementation from a leadership perspective.
