Promotion of Dr. Antonia Erz

I am very pleased indeed that our colleague Dr. Antonia Erz just has been promoted to associate professor. Her research focus is on human and consumer behavior in the context of online and social media marketing.

Throughout her employment with the Department of Marketing, Antonia has demonstrated excellent teaching skills, with outstanding student evaluations, and she has shown her ability to supervise successfully students on the bachelor’s, master’s, and also PhD level. Additionally, Antonia has made highly valuable contributions to blended learning initiatives, with two of her courses, at both the bachelor’s and master’s level, being transformed into successful and innovative blended learning formats. Moreover, Antonia contributes strongly to our publication strategy.

Antonia has shown high commitment and dedication to the department and CBS by taking on administrative roles (e.g., shop steward), and she is highly regarded by all colleagues she has worked with, something that I appreciate in my efforts of building a strong collaborative department.
