Professor Torben Hansen joins food expert advisory committee

Professor Torben Hansen has joined a newly established expert committee for Madkulturen (the Danish Food Culture Institute).

Madkulturen is a self-governing organisation under the Ministry of Environment and Food.

The purposes of the expert committee are to advice Madkulturen in conducting analyses of the Danish food consumer and to assist Madkulturen in understanding consumer food behaviour. The expert committee consists of a total of four members from academia and business organisations.
