Professor Torben Hansen participated in the 19th International Conference on Marketing and Retailing in Vienna. Here he presented the paper ‘Understanding the Interplay Between Consumer Knowledge, Trust and Relationship Satisfaction in Financial Services’ authored in collaboration with Associate professor Lars Grønholdt, Professor mso. Anne Martensen, and Professor mso. Alexander Josiassen.

The presentation of the paper won the Best Presentation Award.
