About the course
Hvad virker bedst – løn eller belønning?
På kurset får du opbygget en grundlæggende erfaring med kontrolsystemer inden for virksomhedsøkonomi. Du lærer at identificere, analysere og udvikle forslag til løsning af ledelseskontrol. Vi arbejder bl.a. med ledelse af personer og afdelinger ved hjælp af resultatmålinger af både økonomiske data og mere bløde værdier, opbygning af belønningssystemer og sammenhængen mellem resultatmål og andre kontrolværktøjer som f.eks. værdier og politikker.
Du vil også få erfaring med kombination og tilpasning af kontrolredskaber til forskellige situationer. Kurset kvalificerer til job som controller og lignende.
