Transformation in organisations
How can organisations successfully transform? Digitisation and disruption force companies to undergo transformations. Yet, accepting that development is necessary is not enough if they want to remain successful.
Succeed in transforming
Digitisation and disruption compel organisations to go through small and large transformations, but it is not enough to accept that development is necessary if you want to maintain your success.
At the event 'Transformation in Organisations', former Associate Professor at the CBS Department of Organisation Magnus Larsson introduced the most important do's & don'ts to be aware of in your company's transformation.
From Hildebrandt & Brandi, Director Søren Strunk-Sørensen and Senior Manager Jens Parbo Jensen spoke about their study and gave their take on what a successful model for transformation could look like.
Relationships are what make things happen
Watch the event 'Transformation in the company' and get valuable inputs for handling transformation in your company. The video is in Danish.
Did you know that...
... 85% of Danish top managers say that transformation is very high on their strategic agenda. Yet only about half succeed in realising the intended value creation – and 70% fail to transform their organisation quickly enough.
This is what the picture looks like in a survey conducted by Hildebrandt & Brandi among 142 Danish top managers, and 47 middle managers and employees.
This means that Danish companies initiate far too many change projects that they do not complete. In other words: it is a waste of money.
There is therefore a need for new and better ways of running transformation projects.
