A flexible and tailored master programme

The focus is on the individual employee's and company's needs in relation to the composition of the programme. If unexpected busy periods arise at work, there is ample opportunity to postpone and reschedule planned courses for later, when there is more time for developing skills.

Funding

Master of Business Development is a part-time continuing-educational postgraduate programme at master level and is, therefore, self-financed. Your employee takes one course at a time and you only pay for the courses they are signed up for.

Want to upskill multiple employees?

When several employees upskill at the same time, it can provide a significant boost to both the organisation and its ways of working. When employees take part in the same programme, they develop a shared professional foundation and common language, making it easier to put new knowledge into practice. They can support and challenge one another throughout the implementation process and share a common understanding of the rationale behind new initiatives and organisational change.
