My re­search fo­cus is on the new per­spect­ives for in­nov­a­tion policy, such as ex­per­i­ment­a­tion, trans­form­at­ive and mis­sion-ori­ented policies. Pre­vi­ously I served as the Head of In­nov­a­tion Policy at the Min­istry of Eco­nom­ic Af­fairs of Es­to­nia and man­aged the EU Task-Force on In­nov­a­tion Pro­cure­ment.
