Primary research areas
New Perspectives for Innovation Policy
My research focus is on the new perspectives for innovation policy, such as experimentation, transformative and mission-oriented policies. Previously I served as the Head of Innovation Policy at the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Estonia and managed the EU Task-Force on Innovation Procurement.
Profile description
I hold a PhD degree in Innovation Policy from Copenhagen Business School and a MA degree in European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
