Profile Description

In 2015, I started the law firm NP Advokater, which I now co-own with two other partners.

I am the managing director, partner and solicitor, and thus have overall management responsibility for the company and work extensively in this role with the company's strategy, business development and overall personnel management.

In addition, in line with the others in the company, I provide advisory services to both the company's private and public clients.

My areas of expertise are public procurement law in general, with a particular focus on centralised procurement, framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems, strategic procurement, procurement and tendering in the welfare sector, sustainability in public procurement and optimisation of procurement processes. In addition, I often work with contractual law, the law of agreements and related areas of law.

I have conducted quite a few cases at the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, but I always seek to resolve cases without them reaching the Complaints Board.

In addition, I often act as a consultant from a more business and strategic perspective, including the involvement of both political and commercial considerations, typically still in the context of trade between the public and private sectors.

I often teach at both my own and external courses, conferences, etc., and I regularly tailor specific skills development programmes for public or private clients who need skills development within the spectrum of ‘trade between the public and private sectors’.
