Double up on inaugural lectures
EGB celebrating the inauguration of two new professors
On March 13th, EGB had the pleasure of hosting the inaugural lectures of our very own new professors Caroline de la Porte and Mogens Kamp Justesen.
Caroline de la Porte is a Professor in Public Policy and Government. Her research explores how EU‑level policy decisions shape everyday life. Her work shows how welfare models, labour market regulation, family policy, and parental leave arrangements translate into real-world practices — and how these choices influence equality, work–life balance, and the way citizens navigate work and family responsibilities.
Mogens Kamp Justesen is a Professor of Business and Politics. Building on approaches in political science and political economy, his research centers on business and politics, corruption, and the political economy of development, often with a focus on the global South.
