Retriever - which replaces Infomedia - lets you access more than 40 million Danish articles dating back to the 1980s.

Danish-language newspaper articles
Retriever provides access to articles from all national, regional and local newspapers, as well as a wide range of journals, news agencies, occupational media and online sources. Next to the source title, you can click the "I" to view coverage information.
It includes full-text articles from Danish newspapers such as:
- Berlingske
- Børsen
- Information
- Jyllands-Posten
- Kristeligt Dagblad
- Politiken
- Weekendavisen.
Articles in magazines and trade publications
Besides newspapers, Retriever also includes articles from magazines, weekly publications and trade journals, such as:
- Advokaten
- Computerworld
- Markedsføring
- MarketWire
- Mandag Morgen
- Reuters & Ritzau
Searching specific sources and dates
The default setting is the past 30 days across all sources. Consider using the dropdown menus to set a relevant date range and select specific sources.
No bulk download
It is not possible to download more than one article at a time.
When is Retriever useful?
Retriever offers unique coverage of Danish media and has an extensive archive, allowing you to search back many decades. This means you can access both historical and up-to-date coverage of Danish news and societal developments.
Replaces Infomedia
Retriever replaces Infomedia and contains the same sources and articles. The interface is different, and the search language is also a bit different. See the guides below.
No access via Retriever's app
The subscription to Retriever does not include access to the app.

Find all articles from a specific source
For example, if you want to view all articles from Politiken for a specific date, you can do the following:
Dropdown: Sources
- Click on Select sources
- Search for Politiken and click on Add
- Click on Apply
Dropdown: Time period
- Set to the relevant date
Search field
- Type ** (two stars) in the search field, and all articles from the selected date in the selected source will be displayed.
Online access to newspapers
The library subscribes to several newspapers and also holds physical copies.
In addition, CBS students and employees can read the newspapers online.
Berlingske
Online access to Berlingske, including Business and the e-paper.
Børsen
Online access to Børsen, including the e-paper and Børsen PRO.
Jyllands-posten
Online access to Jyllands-Posten including the e-paper. Find articles from 1871 onwards.
Politiken
Online access to Politiken including the e-paper. Find articles from 1884 onwards.
