Lær at planlægge med succes
Operations- og logistikplanlægning er centrale elementer i enhver virksomheds succes. Effektiv planlægning sikrer, at aktiviteter udføres korrekt, til tiden og på den mest omkostningseffektive måde. I dette kursus lærer du at forstå og anvende centrale planlægningsmetoder og -strategier, der understøtter både operationelle og logistiske funktioner i din virksomhed.
Kurset giver dig indsigt i de taktiske og strategiske beslutningsprocesser, der er nødvendige for at optimere både produktion og logistik. Samtidig lærer du at identificere og arbejde med konkrete forbedringsmuligheder i din egen organisation.

- Beslutningstagning inden for operations og logistik
- Planlægning af aktiviteter med henblik på at understøtte strategiske mål
- Ordrebehandling, efterspørgselsplanlægning og lean management
- Transportstyring, lagerstyring og udvikling af distributionsnetværk
- Identifikation af forbedringsmuligheder i logistikprocesser
