Formål
Business er ikke, hvad det har været – og dette kursus viser, hvordan forretning forandres og hvordan digital suverænitet, kritisk infrastruktur og organisatorisk resiliens er blevet afgørende for at bedrive forretning i en hyperdigitaliseret verden.
Kurset giver ledere og IT-ansvarlige taktiske indsigter i digital suverænitet og de udfordringer, Europa og danske organisationer står overfor i en tid domineret af globale tech-giganter, hurtig teknologisk udvikling og geopolitisk ustabilitet.

- Analysere og identificere kritiske teknologiske afhængigheder

Beskrivelse
Deltagerne lærer at identificere kritiske afhængigheder, fx valg af produkt eller service, forstå teknologisk magtbalance, analysere taktiske muligheder og opbygge organisatorisk kapabilitet. Kurset giver konkrete værktøjer til at udvikle fleksible teknologistrategier og dynamiske kapabiliteter, så organisationer kan navigere sikkert i et komplekst digitalt landskab.
