Formål
Digital transformation er ikke længere et projekt men en kontinuerlig ledelsesdisciplin. På dette kursus lærer du at omsætte digitale teknologier til konkret forretningsværdi og styrke din virksomheds strategiske position i den digitale økonomi.
Dit udbytte
- Identificere og forklare muligheder og udfordringer ved den digitale transformation for din egen organisation eller en ny virksomhed.
- Demonstrere, hvordan kursets begreber, rammer og teorier kan anvendes til at analysere den digitale transformations muligheder og udfordringer.
- Kritisk reflektere over de teoretiske og praktiske implikationer af kursets analyser.
- Anvende værktøjer til at kortlægge forretningsmodeller I din egen organisation eller en ny virksomhed.
Beskrivelse
Gennem en kombination af forskningsbaseret viden og praktiske værktøjer får du indsigt i, hvordan teknologier som AI, data og platforme kan transformere forretningsmodeller, skabe nye partnerskaber og åbne for nye vækstmuligheder. Du lærer samtidig at navigere i et komplekst landskab præget af globale platforme og hastige værdikædeskift.
Kurset er målrettet ledere, der vil skære igennem hype og træffe kvalificerede beslutninger om digital forretningsudvikling.
