About the course
What you will learn
The objective of this course is to provide students with the conceptual and analytical tools to help them develop their argument in a logical manner. On successful completion of the course, students should be able to:
- Logically explain concepts and theoretical frameworks regarding the interrelationship between the formulation/implementation of strategies and the international business environment;
- Critically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different strategic choices in challenging international settings;
- Independently analyse real-world business situations, and articulate and convey well-argued strategies and action plans;
- Identify potential obstacles to strategy implementation, and propose actions through which these can be overcome.
