I am a PhD Fellow researching the implications of changes in field-level financial structures on inequality within organizations. In my project, I explore how large-scale grants, illustrative of changes in field-level financial structures, affect inequality within universities as institutionalized organizations. My project is part of the GRAND project: “The implications of large-scale grants for the university as an institutionalized organization” funded by the Carlsberg Foundation.
I hold a MSc in Business, Language and Culture: Diversity & Change Management from CBS.
Previously, I was a Research Assistant at the strategic local Initiative: Organizing for Transformative Innovation (ORGTI) and a Student and Research Assistant in The Actionable Futures Project and at the Center for Organization & Time (COT). I am part of the OT/Impact Research group.
