Linda and Dean Anderson work as coaches and consultants for the board of directors in some of the largest businesses and public organisations in the world and are acknowledged as leading global authorities within Change Leadership and Transformational Change. They have both worked dedicated with Change Leadership for more than 30 years and have pioneered the development within the area.

Dean and Linda will discuss the topic Change Leadership and give their perspective on executives' responsibilities and tasks in connection with ensuring the conditions for success in the transformation of businesses and public organisations
