My research focuses on how automation and standardisation can contribute to reducing administrative burdens, improving efficiency and maximising profits in companies.

My research explores how digitalization and process automation can make organizations more efficient and resilient while improving employee well-being. By reducing administrative burdens and complexity, I aim to create conditions where both people and businesses thrive.

I collaborate closely with industry partners to translate research into practical tools that support evidence-based management and strategic decision-making. My work contributes to more profitable business models by balancing technological efficiency with human and organizational needs.

Ultimately, I am motivated by helping companies use automation not only to enhance productivity, but also to create value for society through smarter, fairer, and more meaningful work practices.
