Green Researchers at CBS 2026
A newly update list of CBS researchers focused on green and sustainability topics is now available on the Green Office page.
The CBS Green List 2026 is a curated overview of faculty members at Copenhagen Business School who are making significant contributions to sustainability and green research.
It highlights research within green transition and sustainability at CBS, provides a comprehensive overview of the diversity of research areas and the scholars behind them and serves as a contact point for those interested in collaborating on green and sustainability topics.
Researchers included in this list are faculty members who have contributed at least two publications related to green sustainability research at CBS and have explicitly listed sustainability topics in their CBS research profiles.
Each profile introduces the researcher, highlights their areas of expertise through keywords, and outlines ongoing research projects where relevant. It also features selected publications focused on sustainability, contributing to a broader understanding of research within green transition and sustainability.
CBS GREEN LIST 2026
“Addressing the greatest challenges of our time is a core priority for CBS; we are committed to ensuring that our research contributes to real-world impact in the green transition. Our researchers engage with a wide range of sustainability challenges – for example within the energy transition, the transformation of the maritime sector, and sustainable food systems. At the same time, we recognise that the green transition is not only technological, but deeply social. This is why CBS brings unique expertise in behaviour, markets, impact measurement, and organisational change to help lead and accelerate meaningful and lasting sustainable transformation. ” Morten Frederiksen
Dean of Research, Innovation and Societal Impact
