The ef­fect­ive­ness of com­pas­sion­ate lead­er­ship across cul­tures

Based on 918 participants from Korea, China, U.S.A. and Denmark, the article shows that compassionate leadership is positively associated with commitment to the leader and team trust and that these relationships,  among others, were stronger in the Chinese and Korean context compared to the USA and Denmark.
