What is Overleaf?

Are you planning to write an assignment, article or perhaps your thesis in LaTeX? With Overleaf you can work directly in your browser without installing anything. It is fast, user-friendly and ideal for collaboration.

Overleaf is an online editor for LaTeX and Rich Text. It makes it easy to write, edit and publish scientific documents, even if you are not a LaTeX expert. The toolbar allows you to create tables and figures, and you can switch freely between a classic text editor and a code editor.

Real-time collaboration

Just like Google Docs, multiple people can work on the same document at the same time. This makes Overleaf a great choice for group work, collaboration with colleagues across the university and internationally.

Templates and integrations

Overleaf gives you access to a large library of templates for everything from research articles and theses to presentations. You can also integrate with GitHub, Dropbox and reference management tools such as Mendeley, making it easy to manage both files and references. There is no CBS template yet.

Keep track of changes

Overleaf automatically saves all changes to your document. You can always revert to an earlier version and see who made which edits.
