What is JSTOR?
JSTOR’s great strength is the historical depth of its content. Journals go all the way back to their first publication, and many titles date as far back as the 1800s. This makes it possible to analyse development and change over long periods of time.
It is a full-text archive with articles from core journals within the social sciences. JSTOR also includes books and book chapters.
However, there is an embargo period, which means that only articles published up to 2–5 years before the current year are available. The most recent 2–5 years of each journal are not accessible through JSTOR.
Find the originals
Det store arkiv af ældre akademiske artikler gør det muligt at finde klassiske artikler og baggrundslitteratur til opgaver og forskning.
Copyright-cleared images
JSTOR contains a large image archive that students and lecturers are allowed to use. It includes everything from archival materials, photographs and portraits to modern art, architecture, artefacts and contemporary photojournalism.
