What is CVR.dk?

CVR.dk is the official access portal to the Central Business Register (CVR), which is administered by the Danish Business Authority. The database includes information on all registered companies in Denmark – both active and dissolved – including CVR number, address, industry code, ownership, management and accounts.

Download annual reports

You can access annual reports going back at least 30 years. Before 2001 they were called annual accounts. Digitally available reports, typically from the mid-1990s onwards, can be downloaded for free.

When is CVR.dk useful?

If you need older accounts, you can often find them further back on CVR.dk than in the other company databases offered by the library. As accessing accounts may incur a fee, we recommend checking Navne & Numre Erhverv first.
