Formål
Strategi er nøglen til at sikre din organisations overlevelse og succes.
Men måske du også har oplevet af strategier aldrig bliver til mere end ord på papir? Ofte er strategier ikke præcise nok og det gør dem svære at oversætte til en plan og senere til eksekvering.
Kom og få en grundlæggende viden om arbejdet med strategier. Du får værktøjerne til at bygge bro mellem strategi som et planlægnings- og analyseværktøj og dens implementering og eksekvering i jeres daglige praksis.

Beskrivelse
Dette kursus henvender sig til alle, der både ønsker en større forståelse af strategi som en måde at handle og tænke på, og som særligt ønsker at specialisere sig i eksekveringen og implementeringen af strategier.
Kurset henvender sig direkte til ledere, og mellemledere, der arbejder med at udarbejde og implementere strategier på forskellige niveauer i en organisation. Kurset henvender sig i ligeså høj grad til specialister og nøglemedarbejdere, som enten hjælper med strategiarbejdet eller er med til at oversætte strategierne til praksis gennem deres funktioner.
