About the course
Løft bundlinjen gennem effektiv styring af økonomien
Enhver forretnings eksistensberettigelse er, at den før eller siden formår at tjene penge. I dette fag fokuserer vi på, hvordan din virksomhed kan øge indtjeningen ved at fokusere på omkostningerne. Gennem teoretiske metoder og modeller får du konkrete værktøjer til at forstå sammenhængen mellem indtægter og omkostninger i din virksomhed, og hvordan et budget kan være et aktivt redskab til at planlægge, styre og evaluere virksomhedens muligheder for at tjene penge.
Faget er relevant for alle, som til daglig arbejder med at lede og drive en virksomheds økonomi, uanset om du bærer det øverste ansvar eller arbejder i en regnskabs-, salgs- eller indkøbsafdeling, hvor du kan være en aktiv sparringspartner for ledelsen.
