Fra data i Excel-ark til virkeligheden
Ændringer i kundeadfærd skaber nye udfordringer inden for marketing. Med den digitale udvikling har virksomheder nu adgang til en rigdom af data. Den store udfordring ligger i at filtrere denne datamængde fra diverse kilder for at skabe indsigt, der kan anvendes til at skille sig ud på markedet.
Dette kursus udstyrer dig med en værktøjskasse fyldt med modeller og metoder, der hjælper dig med at be- eller afkræfte hypoteser og afdække nye sammenhænge. Du vil arbejde med Business Intelligence-værktøjer til at analysere salgs- og marketingproblemer og lære, hvordan du kan omsætte analyseresultater til konkrete handlingsplaner og forventede resultater i den virkelige verden.
Kurset beriger marketingafdelingen med nye færdigheder, forbedrer kundeindsigten og -forståelsen og fremhæver vigtigheden af strategisk at integrere dataarbejde i organisationens struktur.
