Presentation

I am a MSCA Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow. My research program sits at the intersection of three domains of strategic management scholarship: executive personality, corporate governance, and diversity and inclusion. My research examines questions of importance for researchers and managers alike from several vantage points. For example, why is top management full of self-interested people? My research project - Gender and Social Dominance in the Modern World, examines the interplay between gender and social dominance across different countries. By employing an interdisciplinary approach, drawing insights from social psychology, behavioral strategy, and international business literatures, I aim to enhance our understanding of gender diversity, informing strategies and practices to foster effective D&I implementation in organizations.

My specialization lies in quantitative analyses of extensive datasets, where I integrate innovative methodologies, such as machine learning-based indicators for personality, and utilizing virtual reality simulations for experimental research.

Before joining CBS, I held postdoctoral and visiting positions at INSEAD, and Reichman University. I received my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Coller School of Management at the Tel Aviv University in 2019.
