More elderly people and fewer hands call for new methods to ensure a good elderly sector. Innovation is therefore a must. Justine Grønbæk Pors, Assistant Professor, and a team of researchers tackled the dilemmas that managers within the elderly sector are facing. It emerged that the road to better innovation and a better quality of life for the elderly is through methodically listening to the citizens and their needs.
