What is BoardEx?

BoardEx includes information on 1.7 million executives and board members from more than 2.2 million organisations. Biographical data include details such as age, gender, positions, educational qualifications, compensation and shareholdings, as well as insight into each executive’s professional network.

BoardEx is divided into four regions

The datasets in BoardEx via WRDS are available on two levels. Individual-level datasets include, for example, Individual Profile and Compensation Analysis. Company-level datasets include, for example, Company Organization Summary and Company Profile.
